Samsung new foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are expected to debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10th. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 specifications :

Smartprix has shared the complete specifications of the Galaxy Z Flip 6, This suggests the foldable will house a 6.7-inch main Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with 2640 X 1080 pixels resolutions and a 120Hz refresh rate. There will be a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover screen with 720 x 748 and 16 million colours depth.

The handset could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset .The foldable will get a substantial upgrade to cameras, thanks to a new 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 PDAF and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. This is the same primary and secondary camera combination used on the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus models. The predecessor featured a 12MP + 12MP setup.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have a 10MP front camera for selfies and video chats. The primary camera on the phone can record videos at 4K 60fps and 1080p at 120fps or 240fps for slow-motion videos.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 comes with Wi-Fi 6E (not Wi-Fi 7 like the Galaxy S24 Ultra), Bluetooth 5.3, and USB 3.2 Gen 1. The foldable will measure 165.1 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm (when unfolded) and 85.1 x 71.9 x 14.9 mm (when folded). It will measure 187 grams. It is tipped to pack a 4,000mAh battery (a good upgrade from a 3,700mAh unit on the Galaxy Z Flip 5) but there’s no mention about the charging speeds.
